We are looking for a motivated Client Support Engineer  to join our Infrastructure Team who lives and breathes cybersecurity and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supporting and the operation of security infrastructure, monitoring systems, and reporting tools. You will also assist in managing security-related configurations and support requests from clients, partners, and prospects. You understand the importance of team collaboration and attention to detail to ensure every client receives exceptional service and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with clients and partners to implement and deploy Red Piranha's security solutions

  • Provide training and assistance to clients and partners

  • Take feedback from external parties and communicate this thoroughly to the appropriate department

  • Answer and prioritise support requests using ticketing systems, phone, and email

  • Contribute to the development of information security policies, standards, and procedures

  • Provide high quality, responsive, technical service.

  • Analyse needs and recommend effective solutions to meet user and business objectives.

The role requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interest in information security

  • Previous experience in a support or help-desk role

  • Previous experience with firewall, UTM or XDR products

  • Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
