Red Piranha, Australia’s first next generation firewall developer is pleased to announce it’s acceptance into the Open Information Security Foundation Consortium.

Red Piranha has been working and developing it’s core product around the IDS/IPS framework named Suricata owned by the OISF. This framework is a mature, fast and robust network threat detection engine. The partnership with the OISF allows Red Piranha to be at the cutting edge of developing robust and relevant information security technologies.
